Using the website

You may browse the site, open the live demos and contact us. Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed, or copy its content to present it as your own.

Buying a template

Templates are sold on Gumroad and ThemeForest. The store you buy from processes the payment, and its terms apply to the purchase together with these terms.

What you may do with a template depends on where you bought it: the Fygura license for Gumroad purchases, or the Envato licenses for ThemeForest purchases. Both are explained on the License page.

Refunds: ThemeForest purchases follow the Envato refund policy. For Gumroad purchases, write to support@fygura.com: if a template doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we refund you.

Intellectual property

The website, the templates and their code and designs belong to Fygura. Buying a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership. Photos in the live demos belong to their authors and are not part of the download.

No warranty

The site and the demos are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot guarantee they are free of errors or always online.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fygura is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
