License

Two licenses, plainly explained

Fygura templates are sold on ThemeForest under the Envato licenses. Here is what each one allows, in plain words.

Regular license

One end product that users don't pay for.

  • A company, product or client website
  • A landing page for a free or paid product, as long as the page itself isn't what users pay for
  • Free updates and 6 months of support

Extended license

One end product that users pay to access.

  • A SaaS app or paid service built on the template
  • A product sold to many end customers
  • Free updates and 6 months of support

Not allowed with either license

  • Reselling or giving away the template, even modified
  • Using it as a template in another marketplace or website builder
  • Shipping the demo photos: they are licensed for the preview only

What support covers

Covered

  • Questions about features and how the code is organised
  • Bugs and problems in the included code
  • Help with the documented setup and deploy

Not covered

  • Custom changes and new features
  • Third-party services, hosting and plugins
  • Problems caused by your own changes

The Regular license covers one end product that its users don't pay for, such as a company or client website. If people pay to use the product you build, you need the Extended license.
