Who is responsible

Fygura is operated by Marius Oprea, Republic of Moldova. He is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.

Waitlist: your email address and the template you are waiting for.

Analytics: anonymous page views through Vercel Web Analytics (page, referrer, country, browser and device type), which uses no cookies. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 also measures visits with cookies (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Advertising features are off.

Server logs: our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and request details for a short time to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Theme preference: if you switch to dark mode, the choice is saved in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.

Why we use it

To reply to your message, based on our legitimate interest in answering you and, before a purchase, on the steps you ask for.

To email you when a template launches, based on your consent, confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

To understand which pages are useful and keep the site working: Vercel Web Analytics on our legitimate interest, Google Analytics only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Purchases

Templates are sold on Gumroad and ThemeForest (Envato). Payments and invoices are handled by those stores under their own privacy policies. They share with us the details needed to deliver the product and support, such as your name, email address and what you bought.

Who processes the data

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides Vercel Web Analytics.

Neon (Databricks, Inc.) stores contact form messages in a database located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC provide Google Analytics, only after your consent.

FormSubmit forwards contact messages to our mailbox. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) keeps the waitlist and sends the confirmation and launch emails.

Cloudflare, Inc. routes email sent to fygura.com addresses, and Google (Gmail) stores our mailbox.

Gumroad, Inc. and Envato Pty Ltd process purchases made in their stores.

Some of these providers are located outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, for example in the United States. They protect the data with safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact messages, in our database and mailbox: up to 2 years after our last exchange. Waitlist addresses: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the template you asked about launches. Google Analytics data: 2 months (the Google Analytics default). Vercel analytics are kept only as aggregated statistics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@fygura.com and we will answer within 30 days.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the Republic of Moldova, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md); in the European Union, the authority of your country.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (kept up to 2 years) only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you reject, or later withdraw consent from "Cookie settings" in the footer, no analytics cookies are set and existing ones are deleted.

Your choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie. The stores you buy from may use their own cookies on their pages.

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
